About Me

Stephanie Olivo is an executive, entrepreneur, licensed real estate professional, and communications strategist with over 20 years of experience across marketing, media, sales, business development, and brand leadership. A first-generation Tampa, Florida native, Stephanie currently serves in senior executive leadership at a communications and marketing agency, where she helps organizations, executives, and public-facing brands shape narratives that drive trust, visibility, and long-term growth.

In addition to her agency leadership role, Stephanie is a licensed real estate agent in both Florida and Georgia, bringing a strategic, relationship-driven approach to residential real estate. Since entering real estate in 2018, she has worked with buyers, sellers, and investors, drawing on her deep understanding of negotiation, market positioning, and client advocacy.

Before real estate and agency leadership, Stephanie owned and operated a medical device distribution company alongside her late husband, serving the orthotics and prosthetics industry for over a decade. In 2017, her life shifted dramatically following the suicide of her husband and the overdose death of her stepson. In the wake of these tragedies, she made the decision to close the 20-year-old family business and begin rebuilding both personally and professionally.

That rebuilding led to the creation of Discontinued, Now What?!—a blog turned podcast that explores grief, resilience, identity, and what it means to start again after life-altering loss. As host and executive producer, Stephanie has created a trusted space for honest conversations around healing, transformation, and navigating change when the future feels uncertain.

Stephanie is also a published author, contributing a chapter to The Voyage & The Return: The Path to Self-Discovery by Inspired Hearts Publishing, where she shares a deeply personal account of the day her husband died. After finding traditional therapy limiting, she explored alternative healing modalities including Reiki, meditation, and sound healing—approaches that helped her reconnect with herself and redefine healing on her own terms.

Today, Stephanie brings a rare blend of executive-level strategy, real estate expertise, and lived experience to her work. Whether advising organizations on communications and brand positioning, supporting clients through major life transitions in real estate, or speaking openly about grief, addiction, depression, and suicide from the perspective of a surviving family member, her work is rooted in empathy, clarity, and connection.

She believes that honest storytelling—paired with thoughtful strategy—has the power to transform individuals, businesses, and communities.
